Lupin’s Market is a vital platform dedicated to giving a voice to young, diverse, queer, and disadvantaged artists. We welcome all creators looking for an open and vibrant space to sell their unique works.

Detail Information
Market Hours 10:00 – 18:00 (both days).
Venue GLANZSTOFF KESSELHAUS.
Table Size Tables are 180cm x 80cm. One table is allocated per artist/exhibitor, but sharing a table is encouraged.
Fees The fee for one table for the entire weekend is €57.00
Setup/Teardown Setup will be possible 1.5 hours before market opening and after closing. Setup on Friday evening and teardown on Monday morning may also be possible, subject to final arrangement with the location management.
Venue Note The market takes place in the Kesselhaus of the former Glanzstoff factory. There is no central heating, air conditioning, or ventilation. Please dress warmly accordingly!
Afterparty An afterparty is planned for Saturday evening; more information will follow.

Artist signups are currently CLOSED.

Please follow our social media channels (Instagram, etc.) for announcements regarding future markets and when the application form for Lupin’s Market No. 5 will reopen.

Thank you for your interest in supporting Lupin’s Market on November 8th and 9th, 2025! Your help is essential to create a smooth and inclusive event.

What to Expect

  • Shift Planning: Based on the number of registrations and volunteer availability, a shift schedule will be created. We aim to be flexible!
  • Gratification: All helpers will be provided with free catering during their shifts, as well as other benefits from the Lupin’s Team.
  • Team Meeting: A team meeting will be scheduled after the registration deadline. This will be held in person or online, depending on the team’s availability.
