Terms and Conditions for the “Otterfilm 500T Giveaway”

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is Lupins Markt, a brand of Murdertrain Productions a.k.a. Dipl.-Ing. Aurelia Theodora Mohl e.U., Herzogenburgerstraße 37/8, 3100 St. Pölten, Austria.

2. Participation Period

The giveaway begins on December 01, 2025 at 00:00 CET and ends on December 15, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

3. Eligibility

  1. Age and Residence: Eligible participants are natural persons who are 18 years of age or older and whose residence is exclusively in Austria.
  2. Exclusion: Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  3. Participation Requirement: Participation requires fulfilling all requirements mentioned in the Instagram post:
  • Following the Lupins Markt Instagram profile.
  • Liking the giveaway post.
  • Commenting on the post with a suggestion of the first motif they would capture with the film.

4. Prize

A total of 3 prize packages will be raffled off. Each prize includes two (2) rolls of Otterfilm 500T 35mm color film.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  1. Selection: Winners will be determined within three (3) days after the end of the participation period by a random draw among all eligible comments.
  2. Notification: Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) and also named and tagged in the Lupins Markt Instagram Story.
  3. Acceptance Period: The winner must respond to the organizer within one (1) week of notification and provide the postal address (within Austria) required for sending the prize via DM. If the winner does not respond within the deadline, the prize will be forfeited without replacement, and a new winner will be selected.

6. General Provisions

  1. Legal Recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.
  2. Cash Payout: A cash payout of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is not possible.
  3. Exclusion for Manipulation: The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in case of suspected manipulation or violation of these terms and conditions.

This giveaway is organized by Lupins Markt. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook (Meta). Instagram/Meta is not available as a contact person for this giveaway.

8. Sponsor Liability Disclaimer

Otterfilm.at (Silas de Saram, info@otterfilm.at) is solely the prize sponsor. Sponsors are not responsible for the execution of the giveaway, the winner selection, or compliance with legal regulations. The organizer is solely liable for all claims related to the giveaway.

9. Data Protection

  1. Data Collection: The following data is collected for the purpose of carrying out the giveaway: Instagram name (for the draw) and, in the event of winning, the postal address (for prize shipment).
  2. Legal Basis: Data processing is based on your consent for the execution of the contract (participation in the giveaway) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a and b of the GDPR.
  3. Storage Duration: The data will only be stored for the duration of the giveaway and its handling, and will then be deleted unless there are statutory retention requirements.
